I was a doula for 10 years before becoming a mom myself and my own birth completed the circle for me of divine birthing. I’m Becca—I’m a wife to an incredible husband, a mama to three babies I get to love on every day, and four babies who are waiting on me in heaven. I’m a labor and delivery nurse of six years, a childbirth educator, and an overall lover of all things birth. I'm Monica, a DONA International trained birth and postpartum Doula. After completing my training, I broadened my scope with additional training in the areas of infant/child CPR, choking and injury prevention, car seat safety, support in neonatal resuscitation and prenatal and infant loss support. As far as I can remember I have always been fascinated by the ability women have to grow, birth and nurture their babies. I became ecstatic when I found out that a Doula was a “thing”.
